Note:  Entities located in Los Angeles or San Diego jurisdictions are NOT eligible to use the CalREDIE Manual Lab Reporting Module.  Entities located in Los Angeles or San Diego counties must contact their local health department for instructions on how to report results.


A Manual Lab Reporting User is any individual authorized by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) to use CalREDIE to electronically submit lab results for SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) to the local health department. Please complete the form below and CDPH will review your account request.
You will need to know the LOINC code for the test you are using when submitting your results to CalREDIE.
